Got it. We’re calling you within 5 minutes.

Keep your phone nearby. If water is still spreading, shut off the main valve now, it’s usually in the basement or crawl space, on the street-facing wall.

Why we exist

Restoration has an accountability problem. We’re the fix we wanted.

Highwater started with a simple observation from inside the industry: when water wins, homeowners get handed to whichever franchise truck is free, dispatched from across the county, documenting the minimum, gone before the drywall dust settles. We built the company we’d want at our own front doors: local crews who answer their own phone at 2 a.m., document like the claim depends on it (it does), and dry to a verified standard instead of a schedule.

Two bases was the founding decision, not an expansion. The Salt Lake Valley and the Wasatch Back flood differently, snowmelt water tables on one side, frozen second-home pipes on the other, and neither is served well by a crew fighting Parleys Canyon traffic. So the valley team works from West Jordan, the mountain team from Prospector Avenue in Park City, and nobody drives forty-five minutes to your emergency.

Mission, vision & values

Rooted in Utah, built to protect it

We live where we work, from the Salt Lake valley floor to the Wasatch Back. Highwater exists to protect our neighbors’ homes and businesses, and to be the steady hand our communities count on when water, fire, or mold turns a normal day upside down.

Our mission

Get every Utah family and business back to normal faster, with less stress and nothing out of pocket beyond the deductible, by treating each property like it sits on our own street.

Our vision

To be the name the Wasatch Front and Back trust first, the local high-water mark other restorers measure themselves against.

What we stand for

Local, always

Two crews based right here, minutes from your door. We answer our own phone, day or night, because this is our community too.

Neighbors, not numbers

You’re a household on a street we know, never a fleet number. In a valley this size, reputation is the whole business.

Protect the homeowner

We maximize your coverage and document every detail, so you keep more in your pocket and carry less of the stress.

Proudly serving Utah

From Holladay to Heber City, we care for our neighbors’ homes the way we’d want our own treated.

The on-call crew member carries the phone, not an answering service.

How we work

Three habits that define the brand

Steady beats loud

The visitor is already panicking; the company shouldn’t be. Calm ETAs, plain language, one period instead of three exclamation points.

Document like it’s our claim

Photos before anything moves, readings every day, scopes that survive desk review. Paper protects people.

Say the true thing

If it’s not worth a claim, we say so. If a competitor’s bid is fine, we say that too. The valley is small and the mountain is smaller, reputation is the whole business.

Meet us the easy way

Or the hard way, we’re good either way.

Ideally you never need us. If you do, this form or the number up top is the whole process.
